Water Reticulation Services Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and commitments for providing water reticulation services by Akwande Environmental Solutions. Our goal is to ensure the efficient design, installation, and maintenance of water distribution systems while meeting customer needs and regulatory standards.
Scope
This policy applies to all water reticulation services offered, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial projects.

- Services Provided
Design and Planning: Customized water reticulation systems tailored to client specifications and compliance with industry standards.
Installation: Safe and efficient installation of pipes, pumps, valves, and other components.
Maintenance and Repairs: Routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair services for existing systems.
Consultation: Expert advice and technical support for optimizing water usage and distribution.
- Booking and Service Requests
Customers can request services through our website, phone, or in person.
All bookings require the following information:
- Full name and contact details.
- Location and scope of the project.
- Preferred date and time.
A site assessment may be scheduled prior to confirming the scope and cost of the service, standard call out fee will be billed as confirmation of site assessment.
- Pricing and Payment
Estimates: Preliminary cost estimates will be provided after an initial consultation or site visit.
Final Quotation: A detailed quotation will be issued after a thorough assessment.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation.
The balance is payable upon completion of the project or as per agreed milestones of project.
Payments can be made via EFT or online card payments
- Service Delivery
- Projects will be executed as per the agreed timeline and specifications.
- All materials and workmanship will comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Customers will be notified promptly of any delays or changes in the project timeline.
- Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and grant access to the site as needed.
- Ensure the site is prepared for installation or maintenance work (e.g., clearing obstacles).
- Inform our team of any existing infrastructure or potential hazards.
Our Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality services using certified materials and skilled personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations during project execution.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 48hrs prior to the scheduled service will be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- Rescheduling requests must be made 24hrs in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee to cover administrative and operational costs.
- Warranty and Quality Assurance
- 3 Month warranty is provided workmanship for quality assurance and a standard warranty issued by OEM for any materials will vary depending on products used in project.
- Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification of the issue.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., natural disasters).
- Emergency Services
- Emergency repairs are available for urgent issues affecting water supply.
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours or expedited services.
- Environmental Commitment
- We prioritize sustainable practices, including the use of eco-friendly materials and minimizing water wastage.
- Customers will be educated on water conservation techniques and best practices.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy to reflect changes in regulations, technology, or business practices. Updated versions will be communicated and posted on our website.
