Purpose

Akwande Environmental Solutions is committed to safeguarding the environment, ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality services and products. This SHEQ policy establishes the framework for integrating Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality principles into our operations to achieve sustainable development and operational excellence.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in our operations, facilities, and projects.

Policy Statement

  1. Safety (S)
  • Prioritize the safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors by fostering a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management.
  • Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations and implement best practices to prevent workplace incidents.
  • Provide employees with training, tools, and equipment necessary to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Promote the physical and mental well-being of employees through wellness programs and health initiatives.
  • Assess and mitigate workplace health risks, including exposure to hazardous substances and ergonomic hazards.
